Support Materials & Streaming Video – Login Instructions

Usernames and Passwords

  1. Each person accessing the training materials has a unique username.
  2. Your username is your first and last name with no spaces.   E.g. yourname   (Not: your name)
  3. If you previously accessed our LMS use your current password. If this is your first time, your password is: changeme
  4. Your username and password are lowercase
  5. During your first login, you will be asked to change your password.

Accessing Support Materials and/or Streaming Video

  1. Go to:  https://lms.businesstrainingexperts.com/login/index.php
  2. You will need to allow pop-ups from https://lms.businesstrainingexperts.com/login/index.php.  If you don’t know how to allow pop-ups, follow the instructions located in the “Tutorials” block on the login page.  If you are having troubles, speak to your network administrator or help desk.
  3. To login, enter your username and password.
  4. If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to change your password.  After you change your password, go to the home page by clicking “Home.”
  5. If you have previously logged in, you will be directed to your personal homepage.
  6. Select the curriculum’s title link to access support materials and/or streaming video.
  7. If you do not see an option for streaming video it is likely your organization did subscribe to this service.

Lost Password or Forgotten Usernames

  1. If you forget your password or username, click the ‘Lost password?’ link within the “Login” block on the homepage.
  2. Follow the instructions to obtain a new password or your username.
  3. Resetting of your password can only be completed through the ‘Lost password?’ link.
  4. If you do not receive the email for your new password within three minutes, please check your spam or junk email folders.  (The email is sent immediately upon your request.) If it is not in your spam folder, go to your profile to confirm your email address. (See “Edit Your Profile” below.)  If your email address is correct, talk to your network administrator asking them to whitelist @businesstrainingexperts.com, then try again.

Edit Your Profile – Changing Your Name, Email and Settings

  1. Watch a video showing how to edit your profile.
  2. Mouse over your name in the menu bar > Mouse over “preferences” > Click ‘Edit Profile’
  3. Make changes in your profile.
  4. Click the ‘Update Profile’ button.
